| 摘 要： | 目的提高对囊性肾癌的认识。方法回顾性分析我院2001年1月至2007年1月收治的235例肾癌中11例囊性肾细胞癌病人的临床资料。结果11例病人中8例行肾癌根治术,3例行肾部分切除术;多房囊性肾癌8例,单房囊性肾癌3例;透明细胞癌9例,嫌色细胞癌2例。11例均获随访,随访时间3-61个月,平均27.9个月,无瘤存活10例。结论囊性肾癌采用肾癌根治或肾部分切除术治疗效果满意,预后佳。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the understanding of cystic renal cell carcinoma （CRCC）. Methods Clinical data of 11 cases of CRCC treated in our department, in 2001-2007, were reviewed retrospectively. Results Of the 11 cases, radical nephrectomy was done in eight, and partial in three; multilocular cystic RCC was confirmed in eight cases, unilocular cystic RCC in three. Histologically, clear cell carcinoma in nine cases, and Chromophobe carcinoma in two. All were followed for （mean） 3-61 months （27.9）. Ten patients survived with tumor-free. Conclusion The outcome of radical or partial nephrectomy is satisfied for cystic renal cell carcinoma with favorable prognosis. |
