| 摘 要： | 目的观察不同抚触体位对新生儿舒适度的影响。方法将276例足月分娩正常新生儿随机分为2组，观察组138例新生儿则采用先俯卧后仰卧的抚触体位，对照组138例新生儿采用先仰卧后俯卧的抚触体位。结果采用两种体位抚触的过程中和抚触操作完成后，观察组新生儿更安静、满足，很少出现哭闹不安的情绪，与对照组比较差异有显著性（x^2=2．62～123．94，P〈0．01）。结论先俯卧后仰卧的抚触体位使新生儿感受更舒适。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the influence of degree of comfort on newborns by caressing different body position. Methods This study consisted of 276 term labor normal newborns who were randomly divided into two groups. In the observation group, babies took face-lying position first, then were turned to back-lying; those in the control group, back lying first, then face lying. Results Either during or after the courses of caressing, the newborns in the observation group were more satisfied and quiet than the controls, and rarely showed restless or cried. The difference was significant （x^2=2.62- 123. 94 ,P〈0.01）. Conclusion First face lying and then back lying position made newborns more comfortable. |
