高-低氧放射治疗中晚期子宫颈癌的临床观察

目的观察高-低氧放射治疗中晚期宫颈癌的近期疗效以及副作用。方法54例中晚期宫颈癌病人随机分成高-低氧放疗组（26例）和单纯放疗组（28例）。高-低氧放疗组在外照射放疗前先吸入5min高氧（体积分数0．95氧气加体积分数0．05二氧化碳的混合气体），即改吸含氧体积分数为0．105的低氧气体1min后开始放疗，直至放疗结束停止吸气，吸入低氧5min内完成放疗。单纯放疗组仅行单纯放疗，两组放疗方案相同。结果高-低氧放疗组与单纯放疗组的半程疗效（完全缓解率＋部分缓解率）分别为73．1％和42．9％，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（H=0．223，P〈0．05）；全程放疗后完全缓解率分别为76．9％和50．0％，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（H=2．028，P〈0．05）。高-低氧放疗组白细胞减低发生率和腹泻发生率均较单纯放疗组低，差异有显著性（H=2．004、2．565，P〈0．05）。结论与常规放疗比较，高-低氧放疗能提高中晚期宫颈癌近期疗效，同时降低放疗副反应。

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF CARBOGEN PLUS LOW CONCENTRATION OXYGEN RADIOTHERAPY FOR ADVANCED CERVICAL CARCINOMA

Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy and side effects of carbogen plus low concentration oxygen radiotherapy （CPLCOR） for intermediate and advanced cervical carcinoma. Methods Fifty four patients with intermediate and advanced cervical carcinoma were randomly divided into CPLCOR group （26 cases） and radiation group （28 cases）. CPLCOR group inhaled carbogen for five minutes before starting radiotherapy and then inhaled 10.5 % oxygen for one minute till the end of the therapy. Radiotherapy was completed in five minutes. The patients of radiotherapy group received radiotherapy only. The radiotherapeutic schedule was same for both groups. Results The complete remission plus partial remission in CPLCOR group and radiation group were 73.1% and 42.9%, respectively （H=0. 223,P〈0.05）. The complete remission after treatment was 76.9 and 50.0%, respectively （ H=2. 028,P〈0.05）. The incidence of leukopenia and diarrhea was lower in CPLCOR group. Conclusion CPLCOR may improve short term efficacy of this stage of cervical carcinoma and lower its side effects.
