| 摘 要： | 本文对利巴韦林有效性和安全性的meta分析进行了综述,在丙型肝炎患者中,与干扰素单独治疗相比,利巴韦林/干扰素联合治疗对丙型肝炎有更好的疗效,但增加了不良反应的发生率.利巴韦林治疗婴儿呼吸道合胞病毒感染的疗效尚无充分证据,需要进行更大的随机对照试验.

| Abstract: | The meta-analysis results of the efficacy and safety of ribavirin were reviewed. In comparing to interferon mono-therapy,the combined therapy of interferon and ribavirin had higher efficacy and higher incidence of adverse reactions in treatment of chronic hepatitis C. The efficacy of ribavirin for treating infant respiratory syncytial virus infections was not sufficiently proved,so it is necessary to conduct a larger randomized controlled trials for ribavirin. |
