1120例自身抗体检测结果分析

目的 :探讨 ANA、ENA、ds- DNA三类自身抗体免疫指标在就诊人群的分布趋势及诊断价值。方法 :112 0例疑似病例血清 ,采用间接免疫荧光法测 ANA,免疫印迹技术测 ENA,胶体金标记和快速膜斑点渗滤技术测血清 ds- DNA。结果 :1自身抗体在女性组的检出率较男性组高 ;2自身抗体在各年龄组中检出率不同 ,在 2 0岁～ 5 0岁年龄组检出率高 ,<2 0岁的青少年和 >5 0岁的老年组检出率相似 ;3自身抗体在肾病、系统性红斑狼疮 (SL E)、呼吸系统疾病、皮肤结缔组织病、内分泌疾病、关节炎、其他 (包括消化、循环、神经系统疾病和血液病等 )不同疾病的检出率不同 ,以 SL E最高 ,皮肤结缔组织病次之 ,肾病最低。 4三项检测指标各自的检出率不同 ,以 ANA最高 ,ENA和 ds-DNA较低。结论 :各项自身抗体在人群中的检出率不同 ,所揭示的临床意义也不同 ,值得进一步的研究

The Study of 1 120 Patients’ Autoantibody Profiles Tests

Objective To study the distribution of the ANA,ENA,ds-DNA autoimmune markers in population and their clinic significance.Methods Anti-ANA was tested with IFA,anti-ENA autoantibodies were tested with western-blot, and anti-dsDNA was tested with Dot immunogold filtration assay.Results ① The positive rate of autoantibody profiles is distinctly higher in female group than in male group.② The positive rates of autoantibodies are various in differtent age groups. Age 20 to 50 group is the highest. Under age 20 group is similar to up age 50 group.③The positive rates of autoantibodies are different in nephropathy, SLE, respiratory system disease ,dermal connective tissue disease ,endocrinopathy,arthritis and other diseases (include digestive、 circulate 、nervous systems and hemopathy).SLE is the first. Dermal connective tissue disease is the second. And the nephropathy is the lowest.④The positive rates of the ANA, ENA, ds-DNA autoimmune markers are different respectively. The positive rates of ANA is the highest .ENA and ds-DNAare are lower.Conclusion The positive rate and clinical significance of each kind of autoantibody are different in population. They deserve to study more.
