复方角菜酸酯乳膏治疗痔病临床研究分析

目的观察复方角菜酸酯乳膏（太宁乳膏）治疗痔病的疗效和安全性。方法采用开放、非对照的研究方法，对16家医疗单位1108例患者确诊为伴有疼痛的Ⅰ、Ⅱ度内痔或混合痔（其内痔为Ⅰ、Ⅱ度）后使用太宁乳膏治疗，分别在用药后第4、7天观察其疗效及不良反应。结果用药30min后患者疼痛即明显缓解。治疗第4天患者的出血、水肿、局部不适、局部瘙痒等症状明显好转，有效率达42．2％（468／1108）。治疗第7天有效率高达87．73％，进步9．83％，无效仅占2．43％。全组不良事件与药物有关10例，仅占0．98％，均未经特殊处理而自行缓解。结论复方角菜酸酯乳膏对于伴有疼痛的Ⅰ、Ⅱ度内痔或混合痔其内痔为Ⅰ、Ⅱ度者，有明确的疗效，未见明显的不良反应。

Analysis of clinical efficacy and safety of Titanoreine cream to treat hemorrhoids in a multi-central trial
