经皮肾镜超声碎石清石术治疗合并感染的肾结石

【目的】探讨超声定位经皮肾镜超声碎石清石系统治疗合并感染的肾结石的疗效和安全性。【方法】2009年7月至2010年2月B超定位经皮肾镜超声碎石清石系统治疗合并感染的肾结石62例，分析其平均手术时间、一期结石清除率、手术失血量、全身炎症反应发生率。【结果】62例患者均经一个通道完成手术，平均手术时间85（42～150）min，发生全身炎症反应5例（8．1％），一期结石清除56例（90．3％），出血量小于300mL者56例、小于500mL者6例、输血1例，术后平均住院时间6．4（5～9）d。【结论】超声定位经皮肾镜超声碎石清石术治疗合并感染的肾结石安全、高效。

Ultrasound-guided Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy with Lithoclast Master for the Treatment of Renal Calculi with Infection

Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrolithotomy with LithoClast Master in treating renal calculi with infection. Methods] Sixty two cases of renal calculi with infection underwent ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrolithotomy with LithoClast Master. The average operation time, clearance rate of calculi, loss blood volume and the incidence of systemic inflammatory response syndrome （SIRS） were analyzed. Results]All 62 patients successfully completed operation by one tunnel. The average operation time was 85 minutes（42-150 minutes）. The clearance rate of stone in one session was 90.3%（56/62）. Five patients（8.1%） occurred SIRS. The 10ss blood volume was less than 300ml in 56 patients and more than 500ml in 6 patients. One patient accepted blood transfusion. Post-operation hospital stay was 5 -9 days（mean 6.4 days）. Conclusion] Ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrolithotomy with LithoClast Master for treating renal calculi with infection is safe and effective.
