35例小儿病毒性脑炎的诊治体会

笔者观察收治小儿病毒性脑炎患者35例，经药物联合高压氧，辅以物理康复综合治疗，取得良好的疗效，其中痊愈11例，显效14例，好转7例，总有效率71．4％。总结诊治体会主要有以下几点：第一，高压氧是目前治疗小儿病毒性脑炎较为有效的方法，越早开始高压氧治疗、疗程越长，效果越好；第二，在综合药物治疗的基础上合理使用激素，对于发病早期的患者有较好的疗效；第三，物理康复治疗对于改善患儿的预后至关重要；第四，及时行脑脊液检查，对于病毒性脑炎的诊断和治疗均有重要的意义。

Experience for Diagnosising and Treating Children Viral Encephalitis

35 Cases of children viral encephalitis were collected from Oct. 2005 to Oct. 2008. All pa-tients were underwent hyperbaric oxygen and comprehensive drug therapy besides physical rehabilitation. Satis-factory therapeutic effect was gained: 11 cases were recoveried, 14 cases were excellence ,7 cases were improved and the total effective rate was 71.4%. We got some experience for diagnosising and treating children viral en-cephalitis. First, hyperbaric oxygen is the most effective method for children viral encephalitis. Earlier and longer time hyperbaric oxygen was treated, better effect it would be get. Second, good therapeutic effect would be get for early patients giving additional hormone therapy besides comprehensive drug treatment. Third, It is very impor-tant for patients' prognosis to treat with physical rehabilitation. Fourth, It is also very important for patients' diag-nosis and thrapy to detect for cerebrospinal fluid immediately.
