Objective To provide reference for the preparation of tenders on clean operating department for hospital projects,guide the construction unit to implement scientific and reasonable bidding.Methods The use of medical and health,engineering and many other areas of standards,norms and subject knowledge,combined with the implementation of practical engineering experience in the preparation of tender documents grasped the key elements of analysis and comments.Results Contents were put forward including qualification of bidders,contracting method selection,bidding to determine,tender documents assessment,engineering,technical requirements and other key elements of content creation,reflecting the preparation method.Conclusion Tender for construction investment,project management,engineering,quality and operating costs play a decisive role.Invitation to tender,the bidder should be emphasized that the nature of works involved in purification and project performance;BOQ,tendering,design and construction of an integrated bidding advantages and disadvantages,which is slightly favorable;contracting package material advantages obvious;engineering and technical requirements for invitation to tender the core content.
