摘    要:目的对某大型超市集中空调通风系统进行竣工验收预防性卫生学评价。方法通过现场调查、卫生检测等,结合委托单位提供的技术资料,采用风险评估法进行综合评价。结果该项目平面布局基本合理;设备布局和卫生管理方面存在卫生安全隐患;卫生检测结果显示:送风中微生物(细菌总数最高值510 cfu/m3、真菌总数最高值3 900 cfu/m3)和风管内表面微生物(真菌总数最高值120 cfu/cm2)超标,其他指标符合相关规范要求。结论该项目对设备布局、卫生管理和卫生状况进行整改后,经再确认方可运行。

Preventive Hygiene Assessment on the Completion Project of Central Ventilation and Air Conditioning System in the Supermarket

Abstract:Objective To assess the completion project of central ventilation and air conditioning systems in the large-scale supermarket.Methods Based on the technical information offered by the entrust unit,data was collected by field investigation and the sanitation detection,the project was comprehensively evaluated with exposure rating method.Results Plant layout of this project was basically reasonable.The mechanical facilities layout and the hygiene management existed hidden danger.The sanitation detection showed that aerobic bacterial count from air supply(total number of bacteria and fungi values were 510 cfu/m^3 and 3 900 cfu/m^3,respectively) and surface microbial in air tube(total number of fungi value was 120 cfu/cm^2) exceeded the national hygiene standards.Other indexes met with national hygiene standards.Conclusion The project can be operated after the mechanical facilities layout and the hygiene management were improved.
