摘    要:目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定水中23种元素。方法用2%硝酸溶液将水样稀释1倍,直接用ICP-MS同时测定水中23种元素。结果 23种元素的线性范围在0.5~500.0μg/L,相关系数>0.999 8。方法的回收率在92.5%~105.0%之间,RSD均<6.1%。结论本方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏,可用于水中多种金属元素的测定。

Determination of 23 Elements in Water by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

Abstract:Objective To establish a new method for the determination of metal elements in water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Methods Water samples were diluted multiples of 1 times with 2% HNO 3 and then determined by ICP-MS.Results The recovery rates were from 92.5 % to 105.0%.The calibration graphs were linear from 0.5 μg/L to 500.0 μg/L for 23 elements with a correlation coefficient of more than 0.999 8,and the relative standard deviation was less than 6.1%.Conclusion This method is simple,quick,accurate,sensitive and applicable to the determination of metal elements in water.
