Abstract:Objective To identify,evaluate and predict the possible type and level of occupational hazard in production processes and the protective effects of the metal-based electromagnetic shielding materials project on the health of workers,and to demonstrate the feasibility of the project on occupational health and provide the necessary countermeasures and suggestions for the project design.Methods According to the national regulations and standards,qualitative and quantitative evaluation was carried out with the analogy,check list and engineering analysis methods.Results The possible occupational hazards of the project were sulfuric acid mist,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,organic gases,polymer monomers,dust,noise,high temperature,high humidity and heat radiation.The concentrations(intensities) of risk factors basically met the national occupational exposure limits except sulfuric acid mist(C STEL 0.4-19.3 mg/m^3,C TWA 0.32-5.22 mg/m^3).Conclusion The project is a common construction project,the occupational hazard prevention facilities and control measures which are going to be taken in the project basically come up to the national occupational health requirements.
