Activity of Cordis Cholinesterase and Superoxide Dismutase in Mice Exposed to Phoxim

Objective To study the effect of cordis cholinesterase and superoxide dismutase in male mice exposed to phoxim,and inquire into the implication of cordis cholinesterase and superoxide dismutase in the occurrence and development on the toxicology of phoxim.Methods 48 male mice were randomly divided into 4 groups,one of which was for control,and the other three were high（1/5 LD50）,middle（1/10 LD50）,low（1/20 LD50） dose groups respectively.The mice were gavaged exposure of phoxim in a dynamic environment for 7 days,they were killed after 24 h and broken out the heart,crank out the plasm to determine the effect of activity of cordis cholinesterase and superoxide dismutase after centrifugal.Results The heart/body coefficient in different dose group was significant（P 0.05）;the activity of SOD in different dose group had no significance（P 0.05）,though the heart of the activity of SOD with higher doses of the trend reduced gradually;the heart of the activity of cholinesterase with higher doses of the trend reduced gradually,the low,middle and high dose groups compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion SOD and cholinesterase activity reduce short-term exposure phoxim.
