摘    要:目的了解某电石生产企业职业病危害因素种类、浓度及其对人体健康的影响。方法采用职业卫生学调查、现场检测的方法分析该企业生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素。结果该企业工作场所存在的职业病危害因素是电石粉尘、石灰石粉尘、焦炭粉尘、噪声、高温、氧化钙、一氧化碳等。其中石灰石粉尘CSTEL最大值为20.57 mg/m3;焦炭粉尘CSTEL最大值为25.37 mg/m3,工种CTWA最大值为10.90 mg/m3;噪声个体接触剂量最大值为92.2 dB(A);出炉口电石炉附近WBGT指数检测结果最大值为31.0℃。结论现场职业卫生调查和现场检测结果证明,该电石生产企业生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素是其他粉尘、噪声与高温。

Abstract:Objective To explore categories and concentrations of occupational risk factors and impact on human health.Methods The methods of occupational hygiene investigation and field detection were conducted to analyze the occupational hazards in the production process.Results Occupational health factors of the tourmaline production enterprise included tourmaline dust,limestone dust,coke dust,noise,high temperature,calcium oxide,carbon monoxide and so on.Meanwhile,The maximum concentrations of STEL for limestone dust and coke dust were 20.57 and 25.37 mg/m^3,the maximum intensity of noise for individual was 92.2 dB(A),maximum of WBGT index near furnace of calcium carbide was 31.0℃.Conclusion By the occupational health survey and the field detection,occupational risk factors of the tourmaline production enterprise are dust,noise and high temperature.
