鱼腥草多糖对小鼠肝、肾、心肌和脑组织抗氧化作用的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨鱼腥草多糖对小鼠肝、肾、心和脑组织体内外的抗氧化作用。方法:昆明种小鼠50只随机分空白对照组、病理模型组;鱼腥草多糖各保护组,每天分别给30,60,120 mg·kg-1剂量的鱼腥草多糖ig,连续7 d,末次ig 2 h,空白对照组腹腔ip调和油溶液,其余各组ip 0.15%CCl4调和油溶液,24 h眼球取血测定血清中ALT,AST活性。处死小鼠取出肝脏称质量计算肝体指数;制备肝、肾、心、脑组织匀浆测定MDA的含量,经fenton反应诱导产生自由基检测各组织,吸光度(A532 nm)值。结果:鱼腥草多糖可减轻实验性肝损伤所致炎性浸润,降低肝体指数,降低血清中ALT,AST活性(P<0.05)和各组织MDA的含量(P<0.01);体外抗氧化实验表明鱼腥草多糖能抑制脂质过氧化物的生成,A532 nm明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:鱼腥草多糖能降低CCl4损伤小鼠血清AST,ALT活性,降低各组织MDA的含量,对小鼠肝、肾、心肌、脑组织体内外有抗氧化作用,尤其对肝、肾抗氧化作用较强。
