复方蟾酥镇痛巴布膏剂体外透皮吸收研究

摘    要:目的:探讨复方蟾酥镇痛巴布膏剂中药物透皮吸收的动力学模式及氮酮对药物透皮吸收的影响,以提高复方蟾酥镇痛巴布膏剂的疗效;方法:采有体外扩散池法,以复方蟾酥镇痛巴布膏剂中华蟾酥毒基、脂蟾毒配基的经皮渗透量为指标,模拟二者透皮吸收的动力学方程式。结果:加入氮酮能够显著增加华蟾酥毒基和脂蟾毒配基的吸收量和吸收速度。氮酮加入量的不同,对二者的吸收速度和吸收量及动力学方程亦不同。结论:复方蟾酥镇痛巴布膏剂中加入5%的氮酮能够显著增加华蟾酥毒基和脂蟾毒配基的吸收速度和吸收量

Abstract:Objective: Study the dynamics mode of transdermal absorption of Fufang Chansu Zhengtong (CSZT) cataplasm and the effect of azone on transdermal absorption in order to improve the effect of CSZT cataplasm. Method: Using Franz diffusion pool, with the penetration amounts of cinobufagin and resibufogenin in CSZT cataplasm at different times as the index, a michaelis-menten kinetics mode about transdermal absorption was obtained. Result: Azone could significantly improve the absorption rate and the absorbing capacity of cinobufagin and resibufogenin across the mice skin. The two components presented different absorption rate, absorbing capacity and mode of dynamics with different azone. Conclusion: Azone at 3% can remarkably increase the absorption rate and the absorbing capacity of cinobufagin and resibufogenin across the mice skin.
