黄芪多糖颗粒防潮辅料的研究

摘    要:目的:优选黄芪多糖颗粒的最佳防潮辅料及其配比。方法:以黄芪多糖为模型药物,单因素法考察单一辅料和混合辅料对黄芪多糖吸湿性的影响,筛选出辅料的种类及配比,并测定其临界相对湿度。结果:综合吸湿性、成型性和外观性状,以乳糖-微晶纤维素-甘露醇(2∶1∶1)的防潮效果最好,并测其临界相对湿度为66%。结论:筛选出的防潮辅料能有效的降低多糖类成分的吸湿性。

Abstract:Objective:To select the best ratio of damp-proofing excipients for astragalus polysaccharides(APS) granules.Method: APS was chosen as a model drug.The influence of single and blended excipients on hygroscopicity of APS was studied with the method of single factor test to screen the kinds and ratio of the excipients and measure its critical relative humidity.Result: The best damp-proofing excipients integrated with hygroscopicity,formability and appearance were lactose,microcrystalline cellulose and mannitol...
