| 摘 要： | 老年妇女由于卵巢功能的衰退,各器官组织逐渐出现衰退。老年女性妇科疾病严重影响老年妇女的身心健康和生活质量。防治老年女性妇科疾病通常从脾肾入手,但笔者认为调肝才是老年女性妇科疾病防治的关键所在。肝与脾肾关系密切,老年女性妇科疾病的防治,除外注意脾肾先后天之本,尤应重视调治肝之体用阴阳,调肝入手以调脾肾。女子以肝为先天,重在强调女子病的防治不离调肝治肝。对老年女性妇科疾病的防治应从调肝入手及早开展。
