2型糖尿病血糖控制与缺血性卒中风险的相关性研究

目的分析2型糖尿病血糖控制与缺血性卒中风险的相关性。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月我院收治的2型糖尿病患者60例,根据是否发生缺血性脑卒中分为A组(发生缺血性脑卒中,30例)、 B组(未发生缺血性脑卒中,30例),比较两组的血糖水平,并分析血糖水平与缺血性卒中风险的相关性。结果 B组的FPG、 2hPG和HbA1c水平明显低于A组(P <0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,2型糖尿病患者的FPG、 2hPG、 HbA1c水平与缺血性脑卒中发生风险呈正相关(r>0, P <0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者血糖水平与缺血性卒中发生风险呈正相关,即血糖水平越高,缺血性卒中发生风险越高,故提高2型糖尿病患者血糖控制效果,能够显著降低缺血性脑卒中发生风险。

Study on Correlation between Blood Glucose Control and Ischemic Stroke Risk in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To analyze the correlation between blood glucose control and ischemic stroke risk in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into group A(ischemic stroke, 30 cases) and group B(without ischemic stroke, 30 cases) according to whether ischemic stroke occurred or not.The blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups, and the correlation between blood glucose levels and ischemic stroke risk was analyzed. Results The FPG, 2 hPG and HbA1 c levels of group B were significantly lower than those of group A(P <0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed the FPG, 2 hPG and HbA1 c levels of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were positively correlated with ischemic stroke risk(r >0, P <0.05). Conclusions The blood glucose levels of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus are positively correlated with ischemic stroke risk. The higher the blood glucose levels, the higher the ischemic stroke risk. Therefore, improving the blood glucose control effect in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can significantly reduce the ischemic stroke risk.
