小针刀综合治疗在慢性颈源性头痛患者中的临床效果分析

目的观察小针刀综合治疗在慢性颈源性头痛患者中的临床效果。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月我院收治的慢性颈源性头痛患者120例,随机分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。观察组采用小针刀综合治疗,对照组采用常规推拿、牵引及功能训练治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗后的SF-36评分。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为81.67%,显著高于对照组的58.33%(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组的SF-36评分均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论小针刀综合治疗对慢性颈源性头痛患者具有较好的效果,能够显著缓解疼痛,提高其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis on Clinical Effect of Small Needle Knife Comprehensive Treatment in Patients with Chronic Cervicogenic Headache

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the small needle knife comprehensive treatment in patients with chronic cervicogenic headache. Methods 120 cases of patients with chronic cervicogenic headache admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n = 60) and control group(n = 60). The observation group was given small needle knife comprehensive treatment, and the control group was treated with routine massage, traction and functional training.The clinical efficacy and SF-36 scores after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 81.67%, significantly higher than 58.33% in the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the SF-36 scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Small needle knife comprehensive treatment for patients with chronic cervicogenic headache has better effect, can significantly relieve the pain, and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
