中药熏洗联合西药治疗对膝关节骨性关节炎患者疼痛及膝关节功能的影响

目的探讨中药熏洗联合西药治疗对膝关节骨性关节炎患者疼痛及膝关节功能的影响。方法选择2017年4月至2019年2月我院收治的76例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分为两组各38例。对照组采用常规西药口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用中药熏洗患处关节,比较两组的临床疗效、关节VAS评分及关节功能评分。结果治疗10周后,观察组的治疗总有效率和关节功能评分高于对照组,关节VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论中药熏洗联合西药治疗有利于促进膝关节骨性关节炎患者的膝关节功能恢复,减轻疼痛,提高治疗效果。

Influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing Combined with Western Medicine Treatment on Pain and Knee Joint Function in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with western medicine treatment on pain and knee joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods 76 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine. The observation group used traditional Chinese medicine to fumigate and wash the affected joints on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, joint VAS score and joint function score were compared between the two groups. Results After 10 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of treatment and the joint function score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the joint VAS score was lower than that in the control group, with statistical differences(P<0.05). Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with western medicine treatment is beneficial to promote the knee joint function recovery of patients, relieve the pain and improve the treatment effect.
