贵州省临床护理人员创新能力现状及影响因素分析

目的调查贵州省临床护理人员创新能力现状并分析其影响因素,为护理管理者评价和培养护理人员的创新能力提供理论依据。方法采取横断面调查方法,2019年4月按照分层随机抽样法从贵州省内共抽取三级医院24所、二级医院50所、一级医院60所进行调查,每所医院按比例随机抽取临床护理人员共5161名进行调查。利用问卷星软件进行编制电子问卷并生成微信链接及二维码,以网络形式进行调查。共接收问卷5161份,有效问卷5145份,有效回收率为99.69%。利用Excel软件建立原始数据库,应用SPSS 18.0软件进行分析,采用多重线性回归分析进行影响因素分析。结果贵州省5145名临床护理人员创新能力总分为(129.63±24.30)分,处于中等水平。单因素分析结果显示,不同医院等级、所在科室、年龄、工作年限、婚姻状况、文化程度、职称、职务、月收入、对目前工作的满意程度、家人对工作的支持程度、聘用形式、是否带教、是否参加过科研等的临床护理人员的创新能力得分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析结果显示,对目前工作的满意程度、家人对工作的支持程度、是否参加过科研、工作年限、职称、医院等级、是否带教、月收入等因素对临床护理人员创新能力具有较为重要的影响(P<0.05)。结论贵州省临床护理人员创新能力处于中等水平,还有进一步提升的空间。护理管理者应加强对临床护理人员创新相关知识培训及资源支持,鼓励其积极参与继续教育,从而提高贵州省临床护理人员的创新意愿和能力。

Current situation of innovation ability of clinical nurses in Guizhou Province and its influencing factors

Objective To explore the current situation of innovation ability of clinical nurses in Guizhou Province and its influencing factors so as to provide a theoretical basis for nursing managers to evaluate and carry out training for innovation ability among nurses.Methods In April 2019,this study selected totals of 24 ClassⅢhospitals,50 ClassⅡhospitals and 60 ClassⅠhospitals in Guizhou Province by stratified random sampling to carry out investigation with the method of cross-sectional survey.A total of 5161 clinical nurses were randomly selected in each hospital according to the scale.Electronic questionnaire was designed,and WeChat link as well as two-dimensional code was developed by the Questioning Star software to investigation in the form of network.A total of 5161 questions were collected and 5145 of them were valid with 99.69%for the valid recovery rate.Excel was used to build the original database,SPSS 18.0 was used for analysis.Influencing factors were analyzed with the multiple linear regression.Results Among 5145 clinical nurses in Guizhou Province,the total score of innovation ability was(129.63±24.30)with the intermediate level.Simple correlation showed that there were statistical differences in the scores of innovation ability among clinical nurses with different hospital levels,departments,ages,working lives,marital status,educational levels,positional titles,posts,monthly incomes,satisfaction with work,support for work from family members,employment forms,whether teaching and participating in scientific research(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the importantly influencing factors of innovation ability of clinical nurses included the satisfaction with work,support for work from family members,whether participating in scientific research,working lives,job title,hospital levels,whether teaching,monthly incomes with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Clinical nurses of Guizhou Province have the intermediate level of innovation ability needed to be improved.Nursing managers should strengthen the innovation knowledge training and resource support for clinical nurses,encourage them positively to take part in continuing education so as to improve the innovation will and ability of clinical nurses in Guizhou Province.
