腔内心电图PICC尖端定位法在ICU重症患者中的应用及集束化护理干预的意义

目的探讨腔内心电图PICC尖端定位法在ICU重症患者中的应用效果及集束化护理干预的意义。方法选择2017年8月至2019年5月在我院ICU行PICC的200例患者,分为两组各100例。对照组采用传统定位法和常规护理,观察组采用腔内心电图PICC尖端定位法及集束化护理干预,比较两组的插管操作时间、定位成本、相关并发症发生率及尖端定位准确率。结果观察组的插管操作时间短于对照组,定位成本低于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组的异位、移位、堵管、静脉炎、黏膜损伤发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的尖端定位准确率为97.00%,高于对照组的81.00%(P <0.05)。结论腔内心电图PICC尖端定位法联合集束化护理可有效缩短ICU重症患者的插管操作时间,提高尖端定位准确率,降低定位成本与相关并发症发生率。

Application of Endocardial Electrocardiogram PICC Tip Positioning in ICU Severe Patients and the Significance of Cluster Nursing Intervention

Objective To explore the effect of endocardial electrocardiogram PICC tip positioning in ICU severe patients and the significance of cluster nursing intervention. Methods 200 cases of patients with PICC in our ICU from August 2017 to May 2019 were selected and divided into two groups, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional positioning and routine nursing,and the observation group was given endocardial electrocardiogram PICC tip positioning and cluster nursing intervention. The intubation operation time, positioning cost, incidence of related complications and accuracy of tip positioning were compared between the two groups.Results The intubation operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the positioning cost was lower than that of the control group(both P <0.05). The incidences of heterotopia, displacement, blockage, phlebitis and mucosal injury in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). The accuracy of tip positioning in the observation group was 97.00%, higher than 81.00% in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Endocardial electrocardiogram PICC tip positioning combined with cluster nursing intervention in ICU severe patients can effectively shorten the intubation operation time, improve the accuracy of tip positioning, and reduce the positioning cost and incidence of related complications.
