采用硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗霉菌性阴道炎的效果分析

目的分析硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2017年8月至2019年8月收治的260例霉菌性阴道炎患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各130例。对照组给予克霉唑治疗,观察组给予硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的相关临床症状(阴道瘙痒、阴道分泌物异常、阴道烧灼痛、阴道黏膜充血性水肿)评分、临床治疗效果及治疗3个月后的复发情况。结果治疗前,两组的阴道瘙痒、阴道分泌物异常、阴道烧灼痛及阴道黏膜充血性水肿症状评分比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的阴道瘙痒、阴道分泌物异常、阴道烧灼痛及阴道黏膜充血性水肿症状评分显著低于对照组,且观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组复发率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊较克霉唑治疗霉菌性阴道炎疗效更佳、复发率更低,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis of the Effect of Nifuratel Nystatin Vaginal Soft Capsules in the Treatment of Mycotic Vaginitis

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsules in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis.Methods 260 patients with mycotic vaginitis admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 130 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clotrimazole, and the observation group was treated with nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsules. The related clinical symptoms(vaginal pruritus, abnormal vaginal secretions,vaginal burning pain, vaginal mucosal congestive edema) scores before and after treatment, clinical treatment effects, and recurrence 3 months after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, no statistical difference was found in the scores of vaginal pruritus, abnormal vaginal secretions, vaginal burning pain and vaginal mucosal congestive edema between the two groups(P >0.05).After treatment, the scores of vaginal pruritus, abnormal vaginal secretions, vaginal burning pain and vaginal mucosal congestive edema in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). 3 months after treatment, the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsules has better curative effect and lower recurrence rate than clotrimazole in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
