健康信念理论联合中医适宜技术在改善中风偏瘫患者功能恢复中的作用

目的探讨健康信念理论联合中医适宜技术在改善中风偏瘫患者功能恢复中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选择2017年6月—2019年6月在杭州市萧山区中医院神经内科收治的134例中风偏瘫患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和干预组,每组各67例。对照组实施常规护理,干预组在此基础上采用健康信念理论联合中医适宜技术。比较两组患者ADL、Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)、脑卒中患者生活质量量表得分情况。结果干预后,干预组患者ADL评分低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预后,干预组FMA总分及上、下肢得分均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预后,干预组患者HADS焦虑、抑郁维度得分均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预组患者生活质量得分(6.7±1.3)分,高于对照组的(6.2±1.4)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康信念理论联合中医适宜技术应用于中风偏瘫患者中,可有效提高患者ADL和运动功能,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善患者生活质量。

Effect of health belief model combined with traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology on functional recovery in stroke patients with hemiplegia

Objective To explore the effect of health belief model combined with traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology on functional recovery in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods From June 2017 to June 2019,this study selected 134 stroke patients with hemiplegia in Neurology Department of Hangzhou Xiaoshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine as subjects by convenience sampling.All of patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,67 cases in each group.Control group carried out routine nursing.On the basis of that,intervention group implemented the health belief model combined with traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology.This study compared the scores of Activity of Daily Living(ADL)Scale,Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment(FMA),Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)and the Spitzer Quality of Life Index(QLI).Results After intervention,the score of ADL of patients in intervention group was lower than that in control group with a statistical difference(P<0.01);the total score of FMA,scores of upper and lower limbs of intervention group were statistically higher than those of control group(P<0.01);scores of HADS anxiety and depression of patients in intervention group were lower than those in control group with statistical differences(P<0.01);the score of QLI of patients(6.7±1.3)in intervention group was statistically higher than that(6.2±1.4)in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Health belief model combined with traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology for stroke patients with hemiplegia can effectively improve patients'ADL,motor function and quality of life,and reduce their anxiety and depression.
