氢氧化钙根管消毒糊剂联合根管治疗牙髓炎或根尖周炎的疗效分析

目的分析氢氧化钙根管消毒糊剂联合根管治疗牙髓炎或根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2017年6月至2019年9月我院收治的72例牙髓炎或根尖周炎患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组各36例。对照组采用氢氧化锌碘仿糊剂联合根管治疗,观察组采用氢氧化钙根管消毒糊剂联合根管治疗,对比两组的治疗效果及疼痛程度。结果观察组治疗总有效率为91.67%,明显高于对照组的72.22%(P <0.05)。观察组的根管疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论氢氧化钙根管消毒糊剂联合根管治疗牙髓炎或根尖周炎的临床疗效显著,并能够明显减轻患者的疼痛程度,值得临床推广。

Analysis on the Efficacy of Calcium Hydroxide Root Canal Disinfection Paste Combined with Root Canal in the Treatment of Pulpitis or Periapical Periodontitis

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of calcium hydroxide root canal disinfection paste combined with root canal in the treatment of on pulpitis or periapical periodontitis. Methods The clinical data of 72 patients with acute or chronic pulpitis or periapical periodontitis admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to September 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the different treatment methods, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with zinc hydroxide iodoform paste combined with root canal, and the observation group was treated with calcium hydroxide root canal disinfection paste combined with root canal. The treatment effect and pain degree of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.67%, significantly higher than 72.22% in the control group(P <0.05). The root canal pain degree of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Calcium hydroxide root canal disinfection paste combined with root canal in the treatment of pulpitis or periapical periodontitis has significant clinical efficacy,and can significantly reduce the pain degree, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
