| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨重症肌无力(MG)患者胸腺组织中胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(TSLP)的表达水平及其与MG的关系。方法:免疫组织化学染色法检测手术切除的21例MG患者胸腺组织和16例先天性心脏病患者正常胸腺中TSLP的表达水平。结果:胸腺瘤和胸腺增生MG患者胸腺髓质Hassall's小体的数量和TSLP表达水平均明显低于正常胸腺组织,皮质仅有极少量TSLP表达。结论:MG患者胸腺组织TSLP表达水平异常可能与MG发生有密切关系。
