应用硬膜外针向宫颈宫腔推注丁卡因在人工流产术中的镇痛效果观察

目的:减轻人工流产疼痛,预防人工流产综合反应发生。方法:将426例早孕要求人工流产的孕妇随机分为用药组216例和未用药组210例,0.33％丁卡因5ml用18号硬膜外穿刺针推注子宫颈及官腔,1～3min后手术,观察受术者疼痛程度,宫颈松弛情况,不良反应及出血量,并与对照组相比。结果:丁卡因用于人工流产术有显著的镇痛效果(P0.05)。结论:硬膜外针推注丁卡因在人工流产术中有显著的镇痛效果和宫颈松弛作用。

Clinical Observation of 426 Examples in Abortion by Injecting Dicaine into Hard Membrane

Objective:To relieve the pain and prevent various reaction from abortion operation. Methods:426 pregnant women who asked for abortion were diveded into two groups: 216 early pregnant women using dicaine in abortion operation ( study group) and 210 early pregnant women with no dicaine (control group). 0. 33% dicaine 5ml was injected into uterus and cervix by No. 18 epidural injection. One to three minutes later, the pain level,the slack of cervix,adverse reaction and the rate of post-partum hemorrhage were observed. Result: The effect of dicaine analgesia was effectively significant (P < 0. 01) , and the use of dicaine has no influnence on increasing the rate of postpartum hemorrhage ( P > 0. 05 ). Conclusion: External injection of Dicaine can relieve pains and loosen uterus effectively.
