肠炎清对受损肠黏膜修复和二胺氧化酶的影响

摘    要:[目的]探讨肠炎清对受损肠黏膜修复和二胺氧化酶(DAO)的影响。[方法]将60例结肠黏膜损伤患者,随机分为2组,每组30例。并以30例门诊健康体检者作为正常对照(正常)组。治疗组用肠炎清,对照组用美沙拉嗪肠溶片。疗程均为6周。观察2患者组治疗前后肠镜下黏膜镜像评分及DAO水平的变化,并与正常组进行比较。[结果]2患者组治疗前后肠镜下黏膜镜像评分有明显改善(P〈0.01);2患者组治疗前后DAO活性有明显下降(P〈0.01),但治疗组治疗后与正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而对照组治疗后与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。[结论]肠炎清能够有效减轻患者临床症状,修复受损肠黏膜,降低DAO活性,从而降低肠道通透性,改善肠黏膜屏障功能。

Abstract:[Objective]To observe the therapeutic effect of Changyanqing on the damaged intestinal mucosa and Diamine oxidase. [Methods]Sixty cases of colon mucosa injured patients were equally randomized into two groups. Thirty healthy vulunteers were as a healthy control group. The treatment group (n=30) received Changyanqing,and the control group (n=30) received the Mesalazine Enteric-coated Tablets only. The treatment lasted 6 weeks. The changes of repairing intestinal mucosa under electronic colonoscopy and Diamine oxidase of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. [Results]The two groups before and after treatment in the effect of repairing intestinal mucosa under electronic colonoscopy scores, there were a statistically significant difference (P〈0. 01). The Diamine oxidase of the two groups were compared with that before the treatment, the difference was significant (P〈0. 01), the treatment group after treatment compared with the normal control group, the difference being insignificant (P〉0. 05), but the control group compared with the normal control group, the difference being significant (P〈0. 05). [Conelusion]Changyanqing could effectively reduce the clinical symptoms, repair the damage of the intestinal mucosa, reduce the level of Diamine oxidase and the intestinal tract permeability, and improve intestinal mucosal barrier functions.
