摘    要:本文介绍以有色溶液为载流,注入载流中的样品与载流发生作用,使载流溶液吸光度变小。依据载流吸光度变化与样品含量间的函数关系,对样品进行定量分析。反吸收法流路设计简单,测定结果准确,分析速度快,取样频率高,不使用显色剂,适于大量样品的快速测定。

Abstract:This paper reports on the application of negativeabsorption to Flow Injection Analysis, When a colored solution reacts on Vitamine C,the absorbance of the colored solution is decreased. On the basis of absorbance difference, Vc contents of samples can be calculated.This method is simple. Its findings are accurate. The analytical time is short. Sampling frequency is high. No chromogenic reagent is needed in the reaction. It is suitable for rapid determination of large numbers of samples.
