| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨失眠症患者的心理状况及男女性患者心理状况有无差异。方法:运用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对就诊的25例失眠症患者进行测评,与标准值比较,并男女分组比较。结果:SCL-90因子中除偏执及人际关系敏感项外(P>0.05),余项均与标准值有差异(其中躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑及精神病性P<0.01),男女患者的SCL-90各项、年龄和病程均无统计差异。结论:失眠症患者存在多种心理方面症状,男女性患者无差异。

| Abstract: | Objective Try to find out mental health status o f the insomniac and difference betwe en male and fe-male.Methods To measure the patients with SCL -90a nd compare to the numeric of norm' s .Men and women were dividod into two groups and compared to each other .Results The factors ,excluding crankiness a nd sensitivity of interpersonal relationship ,have difference to norm(P<0.05).The age ,course and factors of patie nts between male and female have no statistic differe nce(P>0.05).Conclusion The insomniac have many kinds of ment al symptoms.the male and female patients have no s tatistic difference . |
