摘    要:目的:基于平衡记分卡(Balanced Score Card)理论及护理绩效考评体系,建立护理绩效考核平台,实现护士绩效考核信息化、科学化管理。方法:基于护理部现有的护理绩效考评体系,确定绩效考核指标权重,建立绩效考核数据模型,结合基础数据仓库,开发护理绩效考核平台。结论:通过绩效考核系统在我院的实施,激发了护理人员的积极性和主动性,提高了病人满意度和护理工作质量,我院护士绩效考核全面实现了信息化和科学化管理。

Design and Application of the Nursing Performance Evaluation System

Abstract:Objective: On the basis of the theory of Balance Score Card and Nursing Performance Evaluation System, the nursing performance evaluation platform will be established to achieve the informatization and scientific management of the nursing performance evaluation. Methods: According to the current Nursing Performance Evaluation System in Nursing Department, the proportion of the indicators and the data model of the performance evaluation will be set up to combine with the basic data warehouse to develop the nursing performance evaluation platform. Results: By the implementation of the performance evaluation system, the enthusiasm of nursing personnel will be raised to provide better medical care for the patients and improve the nursing quality so as to carry forward the informatization and scientific management of the Nursing Performance comprehensively in our hospital.
