数字医学技术在颞下颌关节下颌运动中的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨正常人颞下颌关节下颌运动数字医学技术的磁共振特点和意义。方法:对30名健康志愿者用1.5T磁共振运动扫描技术和口腔支撑器获得颞下颌关节斜矢状位的磁共振运动图像。结果:颞下颌关节下颌运动磁共振成像显示,髁突横嵴自下颌窝内的12点逐渐向前下转动至9点并向前滑出下颌窝位于关节结节下方,关节盘为双凹形,随着张口运动,关节盘的形态和厚度也发生着一定的变化,以关节盘中带较明显。结论:斜矢状位颞下颌关节磁共振扫描可清楚地显示颞下颌关节的结构和运动。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the features and significance of the normal human temporomandibular joint (TMJ) in the mandibular movement by digital medical technology of magnetic resonance imaging. Methods: 30 asymptomatic volunteers were selected for this study, and their bilateral TMJs were examined by 1.5 T M1M (magnetic resonance imaging) motion scan technique and oral cavity prop up supporter to obtain oblique sagittal MR.I motion image of temporomandibular joint. Results: In MRI of the mandibular movement oftemporomandibularjoint, the transverse crest of condylar process be dislodged from 12 O'clock to 9 O'clock of mandibular fossa, condylar process be situated below articular eminence. Articular disc is a structure of bi-foveation, along with opening movement, the shapes and thickness of articular disc is be changed with obviously middle band of articular disc. Conclusions: The structure and movement of temporomandibular joint can be identified perspicuously in oblique sagittal magnetic resonance temporomandibular joint scan.
