穴位按摩治疗感音神经性聋的研究(Ⅳ)

目的探讨感音神经性聋患者经过穴位按摩治疗使听力提高后,是否需要再配合语言训练。方法选择经过穴位按摩治疗后已分化出I、V波的感音神经性聋患者24例(48耳),随机分为语言训练组12例(24耳),用语言训练机语训,1次/d,40 min/次,5 d为1个疗程,中间休息2 d,语言训练共12个月;对照组12例(24耳),不语训。结果语言训练组经语言训练12个月后,24耳全部能够分辨不同的语词。对照组12个月后24耳能够分辨少量的简单的语词,特别是现实具体的信号。结论感音神经性聋患者经过穴位按摩治疗使听力提高后,配合语言训练是非常必要的。

Application study of point massage on sensorineural deafness(IV)

Objective It is to research whether lingual training is necessary when the students suffered from sensorineural deafness have seen improvement in their listening due to treatment by periauricular point massage(PPM).Methods 24 students(48 ears) with sensorineural deafness whose ears showed wave Ⅰand Ⅴ after being treated by PPM were chosen and randomly divided into lingual training group and control group both including 12 students(24 ears).Students in lingual training group were trained by lingual training machine for 40 min once a day.5 days was a course of treatment.There was a 2-day break between every two courses of treatment.Lingual training lasted for 12 months.By contrast,the control group received no lingual training.Results All 24 ears in the lingual training group could tell apart different words and sentences after 12 months of lingual training,while the 24 ears in the control group could only tell apart a small amount of words and sentences,especially factual and specific signals.Conclusion Lingual training is highly necessary when the students who suffer from sensorineural deafness have seen improvement in their listening due to treatment by PPM.
