预混胰岛素联合甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效观察

目的:观察预混胰岛素联合甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效和安全性分析,为指导临床提供有效的依据。方法:随机选取60例我院内分泌科住院病人,已经使用预混胰岛素每天2针降血糖且空腹血糖仍控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者,通过中餐前加用甘精胰岛素后,观察其末梢血糖(三餐前后+睡前)、低血糖发生率、副作用等变化。结果:通过统计学数据分析,加用甘精胰岛素后,三餐前后+睡前血糖均较前显著改善,低血糖发生率降低,差异具有统计学意义,且经观察无明显副作用。结论:联合中餐前甘精胰岛素降糖模式较单用预混胰岛素2次降糖模式其疗效显著,且安全性及依从性良好。

Clinical Observation of Premixed Insulin Combined with Insulin Glargine in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of premixed insulin combined with insulin glargine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,and to provide effective basis for guiding clinical practice.Methods:Sixty patients in Endocrinology Department of our hospital were randomly selected.The patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who had been treated with premixed insulin 2 needles a day and whose fasting blood glucose was still not well controlled.The changes of peripheral blood glucose(before and after bedtime),incidence of hypoglycemia and side effects were observed after adding insulin glargine before and after Chinese meal.Results:Through the analysis of statistical data,the blood glucose before and after three meals was significantly improved,and the blood glucose was hypoglycemia after adding insulin glargine.The incidence decreased(the difference was statistically significant)and there were no obvious side effects.Conclusion:The insulin hypoglycemic model of premeal insulin combined with premixed insulin is more effective than that of premixed insulin twice hypoglycemic model,and the safety and compliance of insulin hypoglycemic model are better than those of premixed insulin alone.
