内窥镜器械的清洗消毒与保养研究进展

由于内窥镜手术具有恢复快、微创等优点,目前在临床各科手术中应用十分广泛,内窥镜以及相关辅助设备对于内窥镜手术的实施具有直接影响,内窥镜属于现代化高科技设备,对设备自身及相关辅助仪器具有较高要求。手术室中的内窥镜产品数量众多,具体包括关节镜、宫腔镜、腹腔镜、脑室镜等,这些设备材质各异、价格高昂、结构复杂,由此也直接增加了内窥镜器械清洗、消毒与保养工作的难度。实践过程中,必须要对内窥镜设备进行妥善保管和应用,而这也是手术成功的关键所在。鉴于上述,对内窥镜机械的清洗消毒与保养的研究进展进行了综述。

Research Progress on Cleaning,Disinfection and Maintenance of Endoscope Instruments

Endoscopic surgery has the advantages of quick recovery and minimally invasive. It is widely used in clinical operations. Endoscopy and related auxiliary equipment have a direct impact on the implementation of endoscopic surgery. Endoscope belongs to modern high-tech equipment, which has high requirements for equipment itself and related auxiliary instruments. There are many endoscope products in the operating room, including arthroscopy, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, ventricle endoscopy and so on. These equipments have different materials, high prices and complex structures, which directly increase the difficulty of mechanical cleaning, disinfection and maintenance of endoscopes. In practice, endoscopy equipment must be properly preserved and applied, which is also the key to the success of surgery. In view of the above, this paper mainly reviews the research progress of cleaning, disinfection and maintenance of endoscope instruments.
