呼吸训练减轻慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者疲劳的效果

目的探讨呼吸训练减轻慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者疲劳程度的效果。方法以2010年6月至2011年10月在东阳市人民医院呼吸内科门诊复查的75例稳定期COPD患者为研究对象,按就诊时间分为研究组和对照组。研究组给予呼吸训练,并通过电话、复查、必要时上门指导等方式进行指导和监督,时间为3个月;对照组未给予呼吸训练方面的指导。分别在研究初始和研究终末应用疲劳量表-14对两组患者进行疲劳评价。结果对照组和研究组的一般情况及初始疲劳水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组终末疲劳评分低于对照组同期及研究组初始时,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论呼吸训练可以有效减轻COPD患者的疲劳症状,且呼吸训练简单易学,护理人员应加强该技术在COPD患者中的推广应用。

The Effect of Breathing Exercise in Alleviating Fatigue Level of COPD Patients

Objective To investigate the effect of breathing exercise in alleviating fatigue level in COPD patients. Methods Seventy-five outpatients with stable COPD met the inclusion criteria of this study were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was instructed for taking breathing exercise for 3 months and was also given guidance and supervision by phone, review and site guidance when necessary. Fatigue Scale-14 was used to evaluate fatigue level of the two groups at the initial and terminal of the study. Results There was no significant difference between the general characteristics and initial fatigue level of the control group and treatment group. Compared with the termi- nal fatigue score in the control group and the initial fatigue score in the treatment group, the terminal fatigue score in the treatment group was significantly lower. No significant difference was found between the two fatigue levels in the control group. Conclusion Breathing exercise which is easy to learn can effec- tively reduce fatigue symptoms in patients with COPD, nurses should popularize the application of this technology in patients with COPD.
