冠心病心肌缺血发作时心率变异性的研究

目的　研究冠心病心肌缺血发作时心率变异性的变化特征。方法　按WHO诊断标准确诊冠心病心绞痛 32例 ,其中稳定型心绞痛 17例、不稳定性心绞痛 13例 ,梗死后心绞痛 2例为研究组 ,另选健康人 30例为对照组。将 2组患者 2 4h动态心电图记录所获得心率变异性资料进行对比研究。结果　冠心病患者心率变异性显著低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,心肌缺血发作时心率变异性显著低于无缺血发作时心率变异性。结论　冠心病患者存在不同程度的迷走神经损害 ,心肌缺血发作与交感神经张力增加 ,迷走神经张力降低有关。

Research of Heart Rate Variation of Myocardial iIschemia Attack in Coronary Disease

Objective To research the variation of heart rate of myocardial ischemia attack in coronary disease. Method 32 angina pectoris cases (17cases of ) diagnosis by WHO standard and 30 normal cases(control group). Compare with heart rate variation of these cases recorded by Holter. Results The heart rate variation in coronary disease cases were obviously less than those in normal cases﹝P<0.01=. The heart rate variation in ischemia attack stage were obviously less than those in normal stage﹝P<0.01=. Conclusion There exist different degree vagus nerve injury in coronary disease patients, sympathetic nerve hypertonia and vagus nerve hypotonia have some relations with myocardial ischemia attack.
