更昔洛韦与左氧氟沙星注射液配伍稳定性考察

目的：考察更昔洛韦与左氧氟沙星注射液配伍稳定性。方法：采用分光光度法测定25℃和37℃下配伍液中更昔洛韦及左氧氟沙星的含量变化,并在200～400nm进行紫外扫描,同时观察外观、pH值及微粒变化。结果：配伍液在8h内pH值、吸收峰峰形、峰位及微粒无明显变化,但颜色、含量及吸收峰峰值有变化。结论：临床应用时,二者需分开输注,不宜混合配伍应用。

Study on Compatible Stability of Ganciclovir and Levofloxacin Injection Mixture

Objective：To observe the changes of stability of ganciclovir and levofloxacin injection mixture at 25℃.Methods：The UV spectrophotometry was used to observe the changes of contents and absorption curves of the mixture in different time.The pH,appearance and particle of mixture were also observed.Results：There was no significantn change in pH,appearance and particle of mixture,but the contents and appearance of mixture had changed in room temperature within 8 hours.Conclusion：Ganciclovir and levofloxacin injection can not be mixed to use.
