摘    要:目的改进碳水化合物。一异亚丙基衍生物的合成方法。方法各种碳水化合物与丙酮在2%交联聚苯乙烯负载三氯化铁(31.3mgFeCl3/g树脂)催化下进行异丙叉化反应。结果与结论以70%~90%的收率制得目标产物。改进后的方法具有反应条件温和、操作简便、催化剂易与反应物分离并可反复回收套用等优点。

Abstract:Aim To improve the preparation method for O-isopropylidene carbohydrate derivatives. Methods 2% Crosslinked polystyrene-supported FeCl3 (PS-FeCl3, 31.3 mgFeCl3/g resin) can be used to catalyze the acetonation of various carbohydrates. Results and conclusion This method consists of a very simple and economic experimental procedure, in which the polystyrene-supported FeCl3 catalyst can be readily recovered and reused. Reaction with carbohydrates led to the convenient formation of O-isopropylidene carbohydrate derivatives in 70%-90 % yield.
