| 摘 要： | 目的：研究CT仿真结肠内窥镜（CTVC）的临床应用价值。方法：对26例临床高度怀疑结、直肠疾病的患者进行CTVC检查，其中24例同时行结肠镜检查，7例行钡灌肠检查，19例经手术病理证实。结果：正常结肠2例，大肠息肉4例，结肠癌14例，直肠癌3例，大肠癌术后复查3例。结论：CTVC是一项安全、非创伤性和有发展前景的结、直肠影像学检查新技术。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the methods and the value of clinical application of computed tomography virtual colonoscopy(CTVC). Methods: Twenty-six cases by suspected colorectal disease underwent multi-slice spiral CT and data was reconstructed, compared with colonofibroscope and barium enema examination, prospective studies were proceeded in accordance with operation-pathology. CTVC was performed in 26 cases in which 24 cases were performed colonofibroscope examination, 7 cases were performed barium enema examination, 19 cases were proved by surgery and pathology. Results: Two cases were normal colon, 4 cases were colorectal polyps, 14 cases were colonic cancer, 3 cases were rectal cancer, 3 cases were postoperation of colorectum. Conclusions: CTVC is a non-invasive and useful tool in the detection of space-occupying lesion of the colon. |
