| 摘 要： | 恶性腹膜间皮瘤临床少见,术前诊断困难,极易误诊或漏诊。本文结合临床及文献复习对3例经手术和病理检查确诊的腹膜间皮瘤患者进行分析,以探讨本病的发病特点、临床表现、误诊原因及早期诊断等问题,并强调采用腹腔内化疗、腹部放疗和外科切除联合疗法,有助于提高疗效,延长患者的生存期。

| Abstract: | Malignant peritoneal mesothelioma is a rare disease which is frequently misdiagnosed before operation.Our paper reported 3 pathologically to prove cases with review of literature,their mode of onset,clinical manifestation,and the cause of misdiagnosis and difticult early diagnosis were discussed.Combined treatment with intra-abdominal chemotherapy, local radiotherapy and surgical resection is essential to prolong the life of such patient. |
