| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胆囊壁声像图改变在腹水性质诊断中的价值.方法对165例腹水患者进行超声检查,观察胆囊壁的厚度,胆囊壁的回声.结果漏出性腹水患者胆囊壁均较明显增厚,且以肝脏疾病所致者胆囊壁增厚更明显,多呈双层或多层改变;渗出性腹水患者胆囊壁稍增厚或不增厚,一般呈单层回声.结论观察腹水患者胆囊壁的声像图特征,对估计腹水性质有一定参考价值.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the value of ultrasonography of gallbladder wall used in diagnosis the char-acterization of ascites.Methods:165patients were examined by ultransound and investigated by the thick and ul-trasonography of gallbladder wall.Results:The gallbladder wall thickened in patients with leaky ascites,thickened more in patients with liver disease and the ultransonography were double-layered or many layered.The gallbladder wall thickered less or no thickened in patients with exudative ascites and the ultransonography were singlelayered.Conclusions:The ultrasonographic studies of the gallbladder wall is valuable in diagosise of the characterization of ascites. |
