| 摘 要： | 目的:观察盆腔复原汤治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效,并分析其中药物药理作用机制。方法:158例慢性盆腔炎患者,采用随机分组的方法,分成治疗组和对照组,每组各79例,治疗组采用盆腔复原汤治疗,对照组采用西药甲硝唑、左氧氟沙星口服。结果:盆腔复原汤治疗慢性盆腔炎,可有效改善临床症状,总有效率97.5%,对照组总有效率88.5%,两组对比有显著差异(P0.05)。结论:盆腔复原汤治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效满意。

Clinical observation on treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with the Penqiang Fuyuan decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effects of the Penqiang Fuyuan decoction in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,and analyze the drugs pharmacological mechanism.Methods: 158 cases chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into the treated group(79 cases) and the control group(79 cases),the treated group was treated with the Penqiang Fuyuan decoction,and the control group were treated with metronidazole,levofloxacin oral.Results: The Penqiang Fuyuan decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,the total effective rate was 97.5%,and was 88.5% of the control group,significant difference between the two groups compared(P<0.05).Conclusion: The Penqiang Fuyuan decoction was effective in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. |
