1280例宫颈病变女性中人乳头瘤病毒基因型分析

目的分析衢州地区1280例宫颈病变女性中人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）21种基因型的分子流行病学特点。方法对衢州地区1280例宫颈病变的女性进行21种HPV基因型分型检测，比较不同基因型的流行病学特点。结果本组病例中总的HPV感染率为55．31％（708／1280），其中HR—HPV感染率为38．83％，LR—HPV感染率为16．48％，高危型最常见类型为HPV16、58、52，低危型最常见类型为HPV6、11。各常见HR—HPV引起宫颈病变的程度各有不同，其中HPV16型主要引起较严重的宫颈病变，HPV52、58型引起宫颈病变的严重程度相对较低。结论本研究提供了衢州地区宫颈病变女性的21种HPV基因型分子流行病学资料，为本地区宫颈癌的临床防治工作提供了可靠的科学依据。对本地区今后疫苗的开发、应用也具有重要价值。

Genotypes study of human papillomavirus infection among 1280 cases of cervical lesions women

Objective To study the molecular epidemiological characteristics of 21 genotypes of human papillomavirus(HPV) among 1 280 cases of cervical lesions women in Quzhou region.Methods The 21 HPV types were determined among 1 280 women who were suffering from cervical lesion in Quzhou region.The molecular epidemiological characteristics of 21 HPV types were compared.Results The total positive rate of HPV was 55.31%(708/1 280),high-risk form accounted for 38.83%,low-risk form 16.48%.HPV16,58 and 52 were mostly seen in high-risk form and HPV6 and 11 were mostly seen in low-risk form.All common HR-HPV caused different degree of cervical lesions,of which HPV16 mainly caused more severe cervical lesions,HPV 52,58 types caused cervical lesions of relatively lower severity.Conclusion This article offers molecular epidemiological characteristics of 21 genotypes of HPV among 1 280 cases of cervical lesions women,and provides the reliable and scientific evidence for prevention and treatment of cervical cancer in Quzhou region.And it is of great value to develop and apply HPV vaccine in this region.
