Graves病动物模型研究进展

摘    要:近年Graves病(GD)动物模型的研究方法主要有:用稳定表达促甲状腺激素受体(TSHR)的细胞免疫小鼠;短暂表达TSHR的质粒免疫小鼠;转基因动物模型;单克隆抗体被动免疫诱导;用表达TSHR-A亚单位的腺病毒免疫小鼠。其中,用TSHR-A亚单位的腺病毒免疫是目前诱导GD发病率高且稳定的方法。在此基础上,还有BALB/c小鼠GD免疫耐受模型的建立。

Abstract:In recent years,Graves disease(GD)can be induced in animals by several approaches:injecting cells stably expressing the TSH receptor(TSHR);transient vaccination with TSHR-DNA in plasmid;transgenic models;passive transfer of monoclonal antibody;vaccination with TSHR A subunit in adenoviral vectors,among which the last one is the stable method with high incidence so far,and on that basis,there is also the tolerance model of BALB/C mice GD.
