掺锶透钙磷石骨水泥修复家兔牙槽骨缺损的研究

摘    要:应用掺锶5%透钙磷石骨水泥修复家兔下颌牙槽骨缺损,观察骨保护素(OPG)在缺损区的表达情况,探讨掺锶透钙磷石骨水泥作为骨缺损修复材料的可行性.健康家兔18只,随机分为3组,在家兔双侧下颌牙槽骨制作骨缺损,空白对照组缺损处不植入任何材料,透钙磷石组植入透钙磷石骨水泥,掺锶5%透钙磷石组植入掺锶5%透钙磷石骨水泥.术后每组动物分别于4、8周各处死3只,通过大体观察、CBCT、免疫组化等方法观察骨缺损的修复情况.CBCT结果显示掺锶5%透钙磷石组骨缺损8周时已基本修复,透钙磷石组骨缺损部分修复,空白对照组未完成骨缺损修复.免疫组化结果显示4周时OPG表达最高,8周时减弱.4周和8周时3组组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在兔下颌牙槽骨缺损修复中,掺锶5%透钙磷石成骨效果显著,能有效缩短术后的康复时间,可作修复骨缺损的材料.

Study of repairing bone defect with strontium-containing brushite in rabbits alveolar bone
Abstract:To explore the feasibility of 5% strontium-containing brushite bone cement used as a bone defect repair material in a rabbit mandibular alveolar bone defect model.18 healthy rabbits were randomly divided into three groups.Rabbits were defected in bilateral mandibular, and the defect of blank control group without any implantation , brushite group and 5% strontium-doped brushite group were implanted brushite and 5% strontium-doped brushite respectively.The animals of each group were killed at 4, 8 weeks after operation, observing the renovation of the defect by gross observation, CBCT and immunohistochemistry.The results of CBCT indicated that the defect of 5% strontium-doped brushite group have been basically repaired at 8 weeks, partial defect of brushite group repaired , but blank control group unfinished the renovation of bone defects.Immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of OPG was highest at 4 weeks and decreased at 8 weeks.At 4 weeks and 8 weeks comparison between the three groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The osteogenic effect of 5% strontium-doped brushite cement is viable in the renovation of rabbit alveolar bone defects, which can shorten the recovery time, and might be used as a material for repairing bone defect.
