摘 要: | 目的 研究纤维母细胞生长因子FGF10对鸡胚尿囊膜血管生长作用,探讨FGF10对血管形成的影响.方法 应用胶原蛋白共培养方法,将FGF10(100 ng/ml)单独或与FGF受体拮抗剂SU5402(20μmol/L)作用于鸡胚尿囊膜血管内皮细胞组织块,观察FGF10对新生血管形成的影响.结果 与空白对照组比较,FGF10组新生血管形成面积显著增加(P<0.001).SU5402可抑制FGF10的作用,与空白对照组比较,其新生血管形成面积显著下降(P<0.001).结论 FGF10能促进鸡胚尿囊膜新生血管的形成.

Influence of FGF10 on the angiogenesis of chorioallantoic membrane vessels |

Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of FGF10 on the angiogenesis of chicken chorioallantoic membrane ( CAM) vessels. Methods By using collagen co-culture method, FGF10 (100 ng/ml) alone or with its antagonist SU5402 (20 μmol/L) were acted on the endothelial vessel explants, and then the in vitro angiogenesis experiment was carried out. Results Compared with the control groups, FGF10 promoted the area of vessel outgrowth ( P<0. 001). However, SU5402 suppressed the effect of FGF10;compared with blank control groups, the area of new-born vessels decreased significantly ( P<0. 001 ) . Conclusion FGF10 has the function of enhancing the formation of new CAM vessels. |
