创伤性视神经损伤患者术前真实体验的质性研究

目的 深入了解创伤性视神经损伤患者术前的真实体验及需求,为制定完善的针对性护理措施提供理论依据.方法 采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,选取2015年10月至2016年10月安徽医科大学第一附属医院收治的15例创伤性视神经损伤患者,术前阶段进行半结构访谈,了解他们的术前感受,并对获取的资料运用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行分析.结果 通过阅读、分析、提炼可归纳为4个主题:个人情感应对缺陷,疾病管理经验不足,对手术期望值正性与负性情绪并存,社会支持资源不足.结论 了解创伤性视神经损伤患者术前的真实体验,有助于护理人员高度重视视神经管减压术患者术前的心理困惑及需求.

Qualitative study onreal experiences from traumatic optic cannel injury patients before surgery

Objective To gainthe detailed information of real experience and need of traumatic optic cannel injury patients before surgery, so as to set reliable theoretical basement for particular nursery plan.Methods The method of phenomenon research was applied.Semi-structured review was used to analyze the experience of patients with traumatic cannel injury before surgery.The data were analyzed with the help of Colaizzi Seven Step Analysis Method.Results The experience of patients consisted of four main parts:personal emotion defects, lack of experience in disease management, the positive and negative expectations of surgery, and the shortage of social support.Conclusion The knowledge of real experience of optic cannel injury patients can raise the attention of nurses, especially their special attention to the confusion and need of optic cannel injury patients.
