| Abstract: | According to an antopsy result,47%(70/151) of the AlDS cases were found obervious lesions in their central nervous system(CNS).The common infections diseases included(1)viral encephalitis or meningocephalitis(24 cases),(2)cryptococcus meningitis(12cases),(3)toxoplasma encephalitis(12 caas),etc.The primary cerebral malignant lymphoma(6 cases)was not common.Vaseular lesions occured in some cases,which were probably secondary to the infections or neoplasmas in the brain.The features of CNS pathological changes were discribed and discussed. |
